TS Error

TS Error

If you are using Remote Desktop Services or Citrix, you could have faced this issue earlier,
Most of the people think that its problem with server / Citrix side issue, But it’s not server issue.

If server is having enough licenses, then its issue with Local Desktop or client side issue,

You need to follow below steps to fix this issue,

Start  –> Run –> regedit –> Navigate to below registry path,

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store

Delete the registry key of Store, and restart the client system,

That’s it next time client will be able to access the application without any issues.
